Policies and Procedures


Please read this information carefully before signing up for any program
or purchasing any product.

Payment:
The following credit cards are accepted through PayPal:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover

Coaching agreement:
Once we have agreed to work together you must
have a signed agreement on file prior to our first session. (GRT Session excluded).

Session Delivery:
All session are conducted via phone or Zoom.

Timeliness: It is expected that you call in on time due to appointments
that are scheduled after your time slot. If you call in late
your session will end at the scheduled time and you will still be
charged the full price for the session.

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy:

If rescheduling or cancelling an appointment, please do so within 24 hours prior to the scheduled
appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be
considered a forfeit and there will be no refund.

Confidentiality:
Our relationship is completely confidential.
I guarantee that everything you share with me will remain in complete confidence.

Refunds:
All products are non-refundable.
Services fees can be applied to future sessions or programs.
